Yes, I offer international shipping for both commissions and existing artwork prints. Rest assured; your artwork will be securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please be aware that shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Framing options are available, but on a request basis. I work closely with local framing businesses to offer a basic range of framing options prior to delivery. Please Note: artwork prints do not come framed as standard, this is an optional add-on and, as such, it will incur an additional fee.

Depending on the print size, artwork prints are either shipped in a hard envelope to prevent bending or rolled into a cardboard cylinder for safe transport. Other products are typically boxed up with protective wrapping. Items are shipped with AusPost unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges for Laura Luke’sproducts. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with Consumer Law in Australia. If there is an error with your order on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs to have the items sent back to us.
Unfortunately, commissioned artworks are not eligible for refunds, as they are tailored specifically to your preferences and are often one-of-a-kind, original artworks. We strive to ensure your satisfaction during the commissioning process.
